There are different levels of vehicle loading and unloading conveyor equipment build quality and price, depending on what you are conveying and how often. Two conveyors that look the same on the surface can perform very differently once in use. The conveyor recommended loads and your working conditions are very important. If you use the conveyors periodically for light loads that's a different proposition to a 24hr parcels depot with incoming and outgoing traffic constantly needing to transfer boxes of often quite heavy weight and a variety of lengths. Get the calculations wrong on this aspect and you will be buying another conveyor sooner than you would like.

The expanding roller and skatewheel conveyors are very flexible these days and have attachments such as connector plates and end stops that can be removed or repositioned if required as shown above.
These expanding roller conveyors are very easy to quickly manoeuvre in or out of trucks for faster, safer, easier loading and unloading.
Available in two standard roller widths 600 and 750mm (900mm optional) Others available.
Support legs are fully adjustable from 730mm to 1055mm
250Kg load capacity per linear metre based on a level working height.
All support legs have welded braces for additional strength and rigidity.
Heavy duty castors – 125mm x 36mm swivel castors for maximum manoeuvrability. The castor wheel incorporates a foot operated brake.
Roller Centres – 125mm as standard when the conveyor is fully extended. Optional 75mm and 100mm roller centres can br supplied for the conveying of smaller packages or cartons. Please note optional roller centres will affect the conveyor compacted length.

Above are 3 similar conveyors but they are different for different jobs. Gravity rollers can transport most objects easiy and the adjustable stands and use of connecting plates and end stops make these conveyors very popular. The centre conveyor is a skatewheel version of the same, with a lower weight capacity these conveyors are preferred where the product might not have a totally flat bottom. The option on the right is motor powered and can be plugged in and ready to go in seconds.

Powered belt vehicle loading and unloading systems.
When loading and unloading vehicles, you can save time by combinint the expanding conveyor with a vehicle loading belt conveyor, which can be reversed for loadign and unloading. This whole setup is completely mobile and naturally the expanding conveyor contracts or expands depending how far along the loading or unloading process you are.
