Custom design Here you can see that the guard has been designed around a pick and place machine. There is a cut out area for the product to exit the machine on the roller conveyor. This can also be complimented by the use of light guards.

Robotics applications Modular guards in profile are simple but effective because they utilise standard off the shelf panels and as far as possible. The standard panels can be easily re-assigned to another machine if needed.

| Large special enclosures This photo illustrates a special guard system for a large robotic application. The guard incorporates a staging so that the operators can access the machine in a safe area that protects them from the working robot. The panels and roof are clad with black wire mesh to aid visibility into the machine area from outside.

Non custom standard guarding... The flat pack approach. These are flat pack panels ready to be packed for shipping. This reduces shipping costs to the customer. Assembly on site is simple and can be carried out by ourselves or the customer. Standard panel prices. For standard size panels we have set prices. These panels come assembled and the price includes a double foot, and a connector bracket kit to link to the next panel. The infill is bright galvanised 40mm square woven mesh. Installation is a 1-man job. Use these sizes as a guide then call us for a quote! To reduce cost it is possible to avoid double verticals as can be seen on the far left panel. Use standard panels as far as possible and if necessary use a special size panel to finish off. |

Need safety switches fitting? No problem with Valuframe! We are happy to fit any brand of safety switch or relay to your guard, or supply you the parts to do it yourself. We have made guards using all the brands of safety switches and can supply stock adaptor brackets or make them for you in the orientation you require. |
Standard safery relays and interlocking solenoid switches can be easily fitted to Valuframe. Some models need adaptor plates, some can connect directly. |
