Machine Guarding & Machine Safety Applications
The economical aluminium profile system makes economical machine guards.

Use Valuframe modular aluminium profiles for machine guards in robotics guarding applications and also to replace your old outdated machine guard simply and easily. Improve the efficiency and appearance of your machinery guarding equipment.
Update your old, existing or inadequate machine guards with Valuframe. No painting, priming, welding or dressing. Infills from a selection of aluminium mesh, steel mesh, polycarbonate clear and opaque, PETG, glass, sheet metal, soundproofing panels and many more. Valuframe guards are functional, strong and economical. Free initial survey on site if required. Advice on ergonomic, safe design. We offer budget prices based on your drawings or sketches. Most safety switches and door interlocks easily fitted Aluminium profile machine guard design in isometric and detail is provided free of charge to all Valuframe customers. Non custom standard guarding... The flat pack approach. Aluminium profile machine guard panels with bright mesh infill as standard. Typical panels include 2 verticals. To reduce cost it is possible to avoid double verticals as can be seen on the far left panel. Use standard panels as far as possible and if necessary use a special size panel to finish off. Build your own machine guards We are happy for you to design your own guarding and order your own profiles and components. Profiles can be supplied cut to length and there are Aluminium profile machine guard supplied as a kit of parts. Saves money, packaging and transport. Need safety switches fitting? No problem with Valuframe! Standard safery relays and interlocking solenoid switches can be easily fitted to Valuframe. Some models need adaptor plates, some can connect directly.

| Large special enclosures This photo illustrates a special guard system for a large robotic application. The guard incorporates a staging so that the operators can access the machine in a safe area that protects them from the working robot. The panels and roof are clad with black wire mesh to aid visibility into the machine area from outside.
