There are 3 basic profile families available to use with key dimensions of 20, 30 and 40mm.

 The series of profile to use depends on the size of the frame, the environment and any cladding material you might want to use. Talk to us, we can advise you on the right series to use.

 New profiles have also been recently introduced without external slots to 1 or 2 sides, giving a clean finish for areas where appearance is essential or slots are not required to be visible.

Valuframe Machine Building Systems

 Here you can see a key benefit of using the Valuframe Aluminium Extrusions and Profiles range. 

 This machine has profiles as the main construction medium, but because the profile system is so flexible, the machine can be adapted and developed as the build progresses.

 Making changes to a frame later in the life of the machine is simple, profiles can be added or adapted easily as there are no welds. Connecting of other machine elements such as pneumatics, hydraulics and motors is simple at there is no custom drilling or tapping, just move the profiles and slot nuts and tighten up!

 The external slots of the Valuframe Aluminium Extrusions and Profiles range can be filled with plastic strips to prevent dirt ingress or hide wiring.

Simple design principle 

 Profiles can also be used as rigid structural elements. Here, a profile frame is used to enclose a large machine. The frame has hinged and sliding doors for access, protected by safety interlocks.

The panel material is held in the profile slots with plastic strips and cannot be removed without disassembling the frame.

Panels can also be removable if required.
