Gravity roller conveyor specifications 

Gravity roller conveyors are the most basic and lowest cost conveyor option.
Without a motor, the rollers run free and convey products that are either pushed manually or move because the roller conveyor is on an incline. 

No power required . Full or part width roller and skate wheel options.

Steel or plastic rollers can be set at a pitch to suit your loading requirements.

Diameters available:

Steel: 35, 50, & 60mm.

Plastic: 40 & 50mm.

Roller pitch: 37.5, 75, 112.5 & 150mm depending on loading.

Telescopic gravity, mobile, loaders/unloaders - straight line.

Expandable gravity, mobile, loaders/unloaders - straight/bends.  

Frame widths: range from 150mm to 1,500mm.

Lift up gates, and bends available.  

Construction materials (frame): Mild steel, aluminium, stainless steel options.   

Wide range of roller diameters available appropriate to the product being conveyed. Standard = 50mm dia.

Steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel aluminium and plastic rollers available depending on application.

Wide range of width and length options dependent on product being conveyed.

Skatewheel conveyors.

Often used in relatively light applications. Skatewheels are economical and can also be used to direct the travel of a flat bottomed component ie. around bends.
Skate wheels can be made from plastic or steel depending on the weight and type of product being conveyed. Fixed and expanding versions are available with fast delivery times on standard models.

Extendable gravity roller conveyor.

Useful for emptying and filling vehicles in a loading bay or goods receiving.

Extendable design for expanding into the vehicle trailer or body from the loading or unloading area.

Adjustable height stands on castors can deal with a small step where there is a slight difference in heigt between the bay and the vehicle.

The conveyor is extended or retracted manually as the vehicle is loaded or unloaded.

 The rollers are plastic on the main flat sections and galvanised steel on first seven flat rollers where the boxes are first placed on the conveyor and need to be more impact robust. Steel rollers are also fitted to the short transitional incline stages.

Expandable flexible gravity roller conveyors designed to be easily stored away when not required.
Can create curves to suit your application. The box follows the curve.
Powered versions of the expandaveyor are available. Skatewheel options also possible. Lockable castors keep the conveyor in shape until you are ready to pack it neatly away.
