The AquaPruf series accommodates a wide range of hygienic belt and standard options for the needs of all clean applications. All AquaPruf conveyor series have been tested for thousands of hours internally and at customer beta sites prior to introduction to the wider market. This assures the product's ability to meet the hygiene needs of the food, medical and pharma industries with confidence and reliability.Some key sanitary design features include all welded stainless steel frame, round cross members, solid UHMW wear strips and no fasteners present in the food zone. These sanitisation features combined with the tip up tail allow for fast and effective washdown, a key feature for the food processing market. The wear strips are easily removable and replaceable and the tip up rollers make belt change and wash down cleaning a fast efficient job that needs no skilled operators and no tools.
