Heavy loads, accumulation, drainage or air flow, and the need to transport around a curve are all reasons to use a modular plastic belt conveyor. MPB or mat top conveyors are available to solve these and other application requirements.

MPB conveyors are capable of wide widths and very high loads. Their low friction plastic belt make them the perfect choice when accumulating large loads.

Curve mat top conveyors transport products around corners while maintaining product orientation. Conveyors can have multiple turn sections and incline and decline sections while using a single drive motor.

Conveyor bends with modular plastic belt mat top conveyors: This conveyor has a stainless steel construction conveyor for the food processing industry with FDA food grade modular plastic belt. The MBP design avoids the need for multiple conveyors and motors for the product to take a bend.
Mosular plastic belt conveyors for long and complex conveyor layouts: Aluminium construction MBP conveyor for box transport. Modular plastic belts have a high weight capacity, are long lasting and rugged. Especially useful where there is a degree of accumulation and the need to "Side swipe" the product. Multiple curves possible without multiple conveyors or drives. On the surface, more expensive than a standard belt conveyor, but hang on a minute! Less drives, less separate conveyors to change product direction, high weight capacity, high or low speed, excellent product accumulation, no tracking issues...maybe it makes sense
Adaptable to your needs: Modular plastic belts also lend themselves to having special attachments installed such as these bins for elevating products that need to be encapsulated during the conveying process.
No metal content in belt: Here an MPB belt conveyor with a metal free zone is used with a metal detector. Because there is a plastic section in the conveyor structure and the belt and links are plastic too, the metal detector can do it's job unhindered.
Modular construction is easy to integrate: Special twin lane conveyor for special application, connects easily to the modular aluminium profile system.
